THE CHURCH ON THE FRONTLINES
We mobilize the Church to take a leading role in times of crisis, providing relief, humanitarian aid, and supporting long-term community development.
MYANMAR EARTHQUAKE RELIEF
Following the devastating 7.7 magnitude earthquake on March 28, 2025, and a 6.4 aftershock shortly after, our regional teams in Thailand and trusted local partners in Myanmar quickly mobilized to meet urgent needs. These Myanmar-based teams, who were trained during our Cyclone Mocha response in 2023, are currently active in the Mandalay region and are offering critical support where it's needed most.
Despite ongoing political instability and limited international access, we remain committed to empowering our locally trained Acts of Mercy first responders. These courageous teams have:
Provided 20,584 meals to individuals and families in need
Distributed 400 temporary shelter kits, including mosquito nets and tarps
Delivered first aid and medical help to over 200 households
Shared the gospel message directly with 1,975 people, handed out 1,400 tracts, and seen 100 new regular church attendees
Installed 2 water filtration and pumping systems, giving communities access to clean water
Supplied 2 generators, bringing power to critical areas
Given out 300 sets of essential clothing
If you feel led to contribute to the relief efforts, your donation will go directly toward supporting recovery and rebuilding in Myanmar.
