Pray for Nepal & Tibet

Devastating flash floods have swept through communities along the Nepal–Tibet border, sending powerful surges of water, mud, and debris through villages and destroying homes, roads, bridges, and critical infrastructure in their path. At least 160 people have lost their lives, with hundreds more still missing as search and rescue efforts continue. Communication from some of the hardest-hit areas remains limited, leaving families, churches, and ministry partners waiting for news of loved ones and those they serve.

Acts of Mercy International is actively connecting with local partners and ministry leaders in the region as we assess the developing needs and prepare to deploy as soon as possible. Our priority is to listen to those already on the ground, identify where our U.S. teams can serve most effectively, and come alongside the local church as they respond to the needs of their communities.

We invite you to join us in praying:

Jesus, we lift up the people of Nepal and Tibet to You. Thank You that You are an ever-present help in time of trouble. Strengthen every person searching, serving, and stepping into communities devastated by these floods. Make a way for help to reach those who need it most. Lord, we are asking for miraculous encounters with Jesus in the midst of this devastation. Meet people in dreams and visions, appearing as the Man in white. May these encounters lead individuals, families, and entire communities to know and follow Jesus. We’re believing for stories of miraculous rescue to become stories of salvation!

Open doors for the local believers to be Your hands and feet in their own communities. Give us wisdom and lead us to the people and places You have prepared. Let everything we do strengthen the local church and make Jesus known.
