Pray for Colombia

On August 10th, a powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck western Colombia, causing widespread damage and loss across the region. Buildings have collapsed, lives have been lost, and many families are facing unimaginable uncertainty as the extent of the impact continues to unfold.

Acts of Mercy International is actively monitoring the situation and evaluating potential ways to respond. We will share updates as they become available.

We invite you to join us in praying:

Lord, we lift up Colombia in the wake of these earthquakes.

We pray for those who have been displaced, families who have lost homes or loved ones, and every person facing uncertainty in the aftermath. Draw near to them. We ask for strength for first responders and all who are serving in the midst of this crisis.

Psalm 91 reminds us that You are our refuge and our fortress. We hold onto that truth today. Be the Protector over affected communities, and open doors for aid, resources, and support to reach those in need.

In the days ahead, give each precious person their daily manna: what they need for today and grace for what tomorrow brings..
